1. No Evolved Pokemon. At First.
2. No Perfect Pokemon. There has to be a flaw.
3. Make Moves Reasonable. If you don't know, Check Bulbapedia.
4. You can start as any basic Pokemon.
5. NO Shiny/Legendary.
6. You CAN Alter Appearence of your Pokemon.
7. You can make a maximum of 3 Characters.
8. Starting Level is LV.5.
